Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Click Paradise ("the Platform"), available at clickparadise.gg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Click Paradise. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using either an email address and password or through Google OAuth sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Click Paradise fairly and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any form of automation to manipulate game scores
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or other users' experience
• Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users in any way
• Attempting to access other users' accounts without authorization

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Click Paradise — including but not limited to games, graphics, logos, audio, text, and software — is the property of Click Paradise or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

By submitting content to the Platform (such as usernames, avatars, or other profile information), you grant Click Paradise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform, including on leaderboards and public profiles. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Platform, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimers

Click Paradise is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content, scores, or leaderboard data on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Click Paradise and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Click Paradise, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
